In our previous blog Continue growing your business  I looked at the administrative tasks you can outsource to a Virtual Assistant (VA)

According to Wikipedia:  “A virtual assistant  is generally self-employed and provides professional administrative, technical, or creative (social) assistance to clients remotely from a home office

Since we covered the professional administrative side, let’s have a look at some creative tasks which can be outsourced to a virtual assistant.

Albert Einstein said “Creativity is contagious.  Pass it on.”

It’s not only creativity that’s contagious – having an efficient virtual assistant as your support partner, so you can focus on growing your business is definitely contagious, and the envy of many competitors.

You pass on mundane tasks, because

  • you either don’t have time for it (because you know what takes priority), or
  • don’t feel like doing it (you’re only human after all).

Have a look at some great creative tasks to outsource to a virtual assistant who offers these services:

  • Compiling, editing, and publishing newsletters
  • Creating images for website posts
  • Creating information packs
  • Designing logo, email signature and company profile
  • Maintaining the backend of a website
  • Proofreading / editing material
  • Setting up the layout of your newsletters

Can you think of any other creative tasks to outsource to a virtual assistant?

Consider what you are worth per hour and then look at the cost of paying someone else to get the work done (at the fraction of the cost).  Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Continuing with our topic on creativity, here’s an infographic to explain some of the benefits of hiring a Virtual Assistant.
